Ron Kerdasha

Managing Director, Eastern Region Originations, CIBC Bank USA

Ron Kerdasha is East Region Originations Manager for CIBC Bank USA’s Asset Based Lending group.   Ron has been in the ABL industry his entire career with nearly 40 years of experience in sourcing, structuring, closing, and managing senior debt financings related to acquisitions, recapitalizations, turnarounds, and general refinancing.  Prior to joining CIBC in 2023 Ron was with Fifth Third Business Capital through Fifth Third Bank’s acquisition of MB Financial Bank in 2019.  He was part of the leadership team that launched Cole Taylor Business Capital in 2008, which eventually merged into MB Financial and became MB Business Capital. Previously Ron was a Senior Vice President with LaSalle Business Credit, a division of LaSalle Bank. Ron is a long-time member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Small Business Investor Alliance, Turnaround Management Association, and the Secured Finance Network. He is past president of ACG Maryland, served on ACG’s Global Board of Directors, and was chairman of ACGs InterGrowth Conference in 2004.  Ron has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Fordham University.
