Randy is a Managing Director at SLR Digital Finance and SLR Business Credit, where he leads the origination team and works across the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and structuring through credit underwriting and portfolio management. Randy brings 20 years of experience in asset-based lending and factoring, with a career that spans credit, risk, and origination. Prior to SLR, Randy led originations at Assembled Brands, an asset-based lender focused on consumer product companies. Randy also spent the first 7 years of his career in CIT's Commercial Services Group, where he completed the firm's rigorous credit training program.
