Rafael Romero

Principal, Emigrant Capital Corp.

Rafael Romero is a Principal of Emigrant Capital Corp. (“ECC”) and is responsible for deal origination and execution. Prior to joining ECC, Mr. Romero was an investment professional at Prospect Capital, a middle-market cash flow lender. Mr. Romero also has experience as analyst at Rockwood Equity Partners, a New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market industrial and services companies in North America. Mr. Romero began his career as a financial advisor at ING Financial Partners. 

Mr. Romero received his Bachelor's degree from Augustana College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
