Peter Jaffe is Chief Executive Officer of BZ, a specialist asset-based lender serving mid-market companies across the UK and Europe. Appointed in January 2025, Peter brings over 30 years of experience in structured finance, asset-based lending, and corporate restructuring.

Prior to joining BZ, Peter was Managing Director at Callodine Commercial Finance, where he focused on originating and structuring innovative ABL solutions across multiple jurisdictions. His career also includes senior roles at Grovepoint Credit and 16 years at JPMorgan Chase, culminating in his leadership of the Restructuring Group for the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.

Peter is widely regarded for his deep expertise in complex deal structuring and his strategic vision for growing businesses through tailored capital solutions. Under his leadership, BZ is focused on expanding its position as a go-to provider of holistic asset-based lending, combining revolving credit facilities, term loans, and cashflow strips to meet the evolving needs of mid-market borrowers.
