Paula Langridge

Head of UK Asset Based Lending, Bank of America

With over 25 years of asset-based lending experience, Paula is Senior Vice President and Head of UK Asset Based Lending at Bank of America, leading their London team.

Her experience in global and complex ABL transactions with private equity sponsors and Leveraged Finance structures, covers roles in portfolio and risk management, new business, as well as in successful restructuring and recoveries. 

Active within the SF Net European chapter, Paula is also co-chair of Women in Secured Finance for Europe.
