Nick Welch is a Managing Director in BDO’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice, where he advises lenders, investors, and companies on complex special situations, restructuring, refinancing, distressed M&A, and capital solutions. Based in South Florida, Nick has over 20 years of turnaround, restructuring and accounting experience including leading transactions and strategic initiatives across a broad range of industries. He also serves as President of the Secured Finance Network South Florida Chapter—currently celebrating an SFNet IMPACT Award for Chapter of the Year—and is an active leader within the secured finance and restructuring community.
