Kim Fisk

President, Triumph Factoring

Kim Fisk serves as President of Triumph Factoring, where she leads the strategic direction and overall performance of the segment, driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation in Triumph’s factoring business.

Fisk joined Triumph in 2012 and has more than 20 years of experience in credit, underwriting, and factoring operations. Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Triumph Factoring, translating strategic initiatives into operational execution. She also previously led Operations and Underwriting, improving efficiency and elevating the client experience.

Fisk is a Certified Account Executive in Factoring (CAEF) and serves on the International Factoring Association Advisory Board. She is an active member of the Women in Trucking Association and has been recognized as one of its Top Women to Watch (2025). Additional honors include ABF Journal’s Top Women in Specialty Finance (2024) and an SFNet 40 Under 40 Award.
