Katrina McGale-Uribe is a Director at Resilience Insurance Analytics, where she specializes in insurance risk assessment for middle-market lending transactions. With more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, Katrina began her career investigating automobile claims before transitioning into insurance consulting, where she has spent the past nine years advising lenders and transaction teams on insurance requirements necessary to support successful closings. Katrina has extensive experience across mergers and acquisitions, asset-based lending, and leveraged buyout transactions involving a variety of collateral types, including all assets, inventory, machinery and equipment, and commercial real estate. In addition to managing complex transactions, she leads a team of insurance professionals responsible for supporting lenders throughout the due diligence and closing process. Katrina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University.
