Kathy Dimock

Managing Director, Callodine Credit Management

Kathy Dimock is responsible for sourcing, originating and structuring stretch senior and junior lien asset-based term loans for Callodine Credit Management (CCM) based in Boston, MA. She is also a member of the Investment Committee at CCM. Prior to joining CCM, Kathy spent 30 years with Bank of America and its predecessor organizations in various roles across multiple disciplines, most recently as a Corporate Banker responsible for a large portfolio of upper middle market and global corporate clients in the retail and consumer industries. Her significant experience is centered in asset based and cash flow lending, structuring and underwriting loan transactions, and capital structure advice. She received a BA in economics from Framingham State University and an MBA from Bentley University.
