Karen Bubrowski

Karen Bubrowski is Chief Marketing Officer at Paladin Management Group.

Prior to Paladin, Karen spent more than a 14 years at Hilco Global, where she built the in-house marketing services team, oversaw communications planning, and directed integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media. She played a key role in strengthening the firm's market presence during a period of significant growth and expansion. Before that, she spent over ten years at Sears Holdings in roles spanning data, communications, and marketing for the company's business-to-business division.

Karen is actively involved in industry and community organizations. She serves as co-chair of the TMA Network of Women Global Committee, chairs the Marketing Committee for SFNet, and serves on the Annual Convention Planning Committee. She holds a Master of Business in Internet Marketing from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northern Illinois University.
