Jared Ferraro is a supply chain executive with a passion for operational strategy and continuous improvement. He holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois. Jared currently leads supply chain and procurement at Nutrafol, where he played a key role in scaling operations and supporting the company’s acquisition by Unilever in 2022. He brings a proven ability to optimize costs, grow high-performing teams, and apply supply chain finance principles to drive business growth. Jared is known for pushing teams to think creatively and act decisively. Outside of work, he brings that same discipline and curiosity to his personal life where he has an ever-growing obsession with mastering personal finance.
