James Stirling is head of the Hybrid Capital business at Westbrooke Alternative Asset Management in London. Westbrooke is a multi-strategy alternative asset manager with offices in Johannesburg, New York and London. 

Westbrooke Hybrid Capital’s focus is on providing structured, debt and minority equity funding to privately owned companies in the UK lower-mid-market segment.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (FCA), James has spent his career in the UK M&A market, across both advisory and principal roles.
