Jacob McCarthy

Jake McCarthy leads Rouse Appraisals business practice. Rouse evaluates approximately $90 billion in equipment annually.

He oversees all of Rouse’s market reporting and has experience valuing an array of assets, including mobile cranes and crawler drills. Jake holds a senior accreditation from the American Society of Appraisers.

He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and started his professional career in consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
