Gen Merritt-Parikh

Co-CEO and President, Haversine Funding

Gen Merritt-Parikh is Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Haversine Funding. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial finance, she leads the firm’s originations, capital allocation strategy, investor relationships, and portfolio management. Haversine provides lender finance solutions to factoring companies, asset-based lenders, and other commercial finance providers, and Gen’s extensive operating experience in the industry gives her a unique perspective in supporting their growth.

Prior to joining Haversine in 2020, Gen spent more than two decades in the factoring and asset-based lending industry, holding senior roles across underwriting, operations, portfolio management, and executive leadership. She served as President of Allied Affiliated Funding, where she helped lead the company’s growth and successful sale to a nationally chartered bank.

Gen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Economics and Business from the University of Texas at Dallas.
