Gary brings a unique skillset and perspective from wide experience as a lender and advisor. Always with a focus on the middle market, he is experienced in using creative and innovative capital solutions in challenging distressed situations.

With expertise built over an accomplished career, Gary has a proven track record in consistently leading teams and stakeholders towards a common goal.

Prior to Paladin, Gary held leadership positions most recently at BlackRock, Tennenbaum Capital Partners and CRG Partners.

He holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland College Park, a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University, and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. Gary is a New York State Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
