Eunice Kepka is a Business Development Officer at JPalmer Collective, where she is responsible for connecting with growth-stage companies seeking tailored financing solutions and strengthening client partnerships. Prior to joining JPC, she was an Associate of Originations at White Oak Commercial Finance, sourcing factoring deals and cultivating client relationships.

She began her career at Change Capital, supporting cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, underwriting, and operations. Kepka serves as Vice President of the SFNet New Jersey Chapter Executive Board, Vice Chair of the 2026 Emerging Leaders Summit, and is a member of NYIC’s Future Leaders Committee. She holds a BBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
