As a Principal in RSM's Forensic Investigations and Disputes team, David serves Fortune 500 companies and legal counsel in performing investigations and forensic accounting engagements. In addition to a wide range of compliance and Forensic projects, he has presented on behalf of clients in front of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice and the District of Columba District Court in various legal matters. His reports and analysis have been presented to the High Court of Justice, Southwalk Crown Court, and various other international regulators.
Prior to joining RSM David spent 20+ years with KPMG where he lived and worked in London, Shanghai and Washington DC where he was part of the Forensic leadership team. From 2019 to 2021 he was National Operations Leader for KPMG’s Risk & Compliance service line with responsibility for the financial performance of KPMG’s Forensic, Actuarial, Financial Services Regulatory, State & Local, and Modelling & Valuations networks. Together these networks included nearly 900 client service professionals with annual revenue of over $320 million. Outside of his client service role, David is also an adjunct professor of Forensic Accounting and has taught on the MS Accounting program at the University of Maryland since 2018.
