Biography:

Christine Hutchinson is a director in the Retail Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  The Retail Finance Group is an industry-focused team of ABL specialists that meet the financial needs of retailers.  Christine has specialized in providing asset- based solutions for Bank of America for 16 years. 

Since joining the bank in 2000, Christine has served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility across credit products risk management.  In her current role, Christine is involved in financing a broad range of complex acquisition, turnaround and workout transactions in the retail sector.  She is fully engaged in the structuring of asset-based credit facilities from the presentment of term sheets through the completion of due diligence, negotiation of loan documentation, and ongoing portfolio management.  She is responsible for the monitoring of client risk profiles and implementation of risk mitigation strategies in response to identifiable credit quality deterioration. 

Christine has a BA in Economics from Colby College.  She is FINRA-registered and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.  Prior to joining the bank Christine completed internships at The White House (National Economic Council) and J Sainsbury plc in London.
