Cal Navatto is a seasoned financial executive with over three decades of experience in asset-based lending, factoring and commercial finance. As Senior Vice President of Business Development at eCapital Commercial Finance Corp., Cal focuses on providing creative working capital solutions to middle-market businesses across a wide range of industries. He is known for his deep industry relationships, strategic insight, and commitment to helping companies access the liquidity they need to grow and succeed.

Prior to joining eCapital in 2024, Cal held senior roles at leading financial institutions including First Citizens Bank (CIT Commercial Services Group), UMB Bank, NewStar Business Credit, and First Capital. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients, private equity firms, and referral sources, consistently delivering tailored financing solutions for acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and growth.

Cal began his career in credit and relationship management roles at United Jersey Bank and Heller Financial and later held business development leadership positions at Marine Midland Bank, Sunrock Capital, and Sun National Bank. His comprehensive background in originations, underwriting and portfolio management allows him to bring a unique perspective to structuring transactions.
