Angela Fiorentino is Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of AmeriFactors Financial Group, LLC. She leads the company’s strategic direction and operations, combining executive leadership with legal expertise to develop innovative financing solutions that help businesses access the capital they need to grow.

Angela joined AmeriFactors in 2017 as General Counsel, where she established the company’s legal department and later expanded her role to provide legal guidance to other companies owned by Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company. Drawing on her background in complex commercial litigation and creditors’ rights, she develops strategies that help clients and the company reduce risk and recover funds.

She holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. AmeriFactors is a non-recourse factor headquartered in Central Florida.
