At Cambridge Savings Bank our Asset-Based lending group seeks companies in the lower middle market throughout the Eastern US with revenues ranging from $10 - $100 million and loan needs from $5 - $25 million. Our deals are based on working capital, mainly accounts receivable and inventory, with add on products including term loans on equipment, capital expenditure lines of credit, and mortgages on owner-occupied real estate. The revolving working capital line of credit is our main product in addition to offering a full complement of Corporate Banking, Lending, Treasury Management, and Trade Services solutions that are customized to meet each customer’s unique business needs.
