NEW YORK, NY (XX, 2025) - MONTICELLOAM, LLC (“MONTICELLOAM”), a specialized seniors housing and multifamily bridge lending platform, announced the appointment of Andrew Antognoli as Senior Relationship Manager, Originations. 
In this strategic role, Mr. Antognoli will be responsible for fostering and expanding client relationships on the West Coast. MONTICELLOAM aims to build on its already established presence in the market, focusing on sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the firm’s lending and investment activities across the seniors housing market. Andrew will be reporting to Karina Davydov, Head of Healthcare Originations.

With a deep background in institutional real estate private equity, Andrew brings a comprehensive track record in investment sourcing, underwriting, and execution across a diverse range of healthcare real estate assets nationwide. He has contributed more than $1 billion in transactions, overseeing the full investment lifecycle including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and financing strategies.
