Teri Haynes Joins Quasar Capital as Vice President of Operations

With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in commercial lending, Teri brings unmatched operational insight to Quasar’s mission of delivering better, faster, and more thoughtful service to its clients.

Teri’s track record spans the full operations lifecycle—from data entry to managing nearly 100 employees—culminating in her reputation as a leader who not only improves processes but uplifts the people behind them.

When asked two questions to Teri and she answered the below:

Professionally, what makes you the best at what you do?

I enjoy learning, mastering and becoming the subject matter expert on software/loan systems. I am very good at automating otherwise manual processes. I am an excellent multi-tasker which is very important in Operations and I enjoy teaching and mentoring people. 

What are you looking forward to doing differently and better at Quasar Capital?

I am excited about learning different aspects outside of Operations that I haven't had the chance to learn due to the structure at previous lenders that I have worked for.
