David Botter has joined Cleary Gottlieb as a partner in the global restructuring and capital solutions practice in the New York office, the firm said Monday.

Botter has experience advising on large restructuring cases, according to Cleary.

He also helps provide solutions to complex capital structure challenges to financial investors, the firm said.
