Lewis & Clark Capital hires Tim Spihlman as Managing Director

ST. LOUIS, April 6, 2022 — Lewis & Clark Capital, a St Louis-based private equity firm today announced the hiring of Tim Spihlman as Managing Director. Tim is responsible for the private equity strategy including leading a team of investment professionals, sourcing and analyzing opportunities for new investments, negotiation and execution of transactions, and post-execution oversight and governance of portfolio companies. These portfolio companies include FTL Finance, Hi-Pointe and Chicken Out Hospitality, Ovation Holdings, SureCam, and Valley Minerals.

As a global business leader with nearly 30 years of experience, Tim has held senior management roles ranging from Senior VP of Strategy to CEO across a wide variety of industries and business models, most recently at West Star Aviation. He previously worked for St Louis based companies including Vi-Jon, Solutia and CoreExpress. Tim currently serves on the Board of Directors for Brace For Impact 46, a non-profit organization serving the needs of children in Haiti and North St. Louis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
