Greg Charleston brings more than 30 years of experience in turnaround and M&A, specifically working with financially troubled or underperforming companies to address liquidity issues, develop cost containment programs, implement process improvements, and improve profitability. “I am very proud to join KPMG Deal Advisory Restructuring team and am thrilled to now be able to offer clients the breadth and depth of quality resources that KPMG brings as an international advisory firm,” said Greg.
