GREENVILLE, S.C. – May 7, 2025 - United Community has strengthened its Asset-Based Lending (ABL) team with the addition of Stacy Odendahl as senior business development officer. Odendahl’s 16 years of experience sourcing new business across the Southeast and her customer-centric approach add significant depth and expertise to an already dynamic division, reinforcing United’s commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions.
“Stacy’s knack for building relationships and solving complex customer challenges is exactly what elevates a team,” said Caleb McFaddin, ABL division manager. “Her experience will be a game-changer for us.”
Odendahl joins United from Wells Fargo Capital Finance and brings diverse experience from various roles at bank and non-bank lenders. Her leadership within the secured finance industry is well established, having served as past president of the Secured Finance Network’s Atlanta Chapter, a member of the Women in Secured Finance planning committee and co-chair of the Turnaround Management Association’s Southeast Regional Conference.
“United Community’s emphasis on meaningful customer relationships is what makes this opportunity special. I’m eager to contribute and help expand the ABL business across the Southeast,” said Odendahl.
Odendahl lives in Dunwoody, Ga., with her husband and two sons and spends her free time at baseball games or vacationing on the beaches of South Carolina and Florida.
