Build confidence in interpreting appraisals and translating valuation findings into sound lending decisions. In this interactive three-hour session, you’ll learn how to direct, review, and apply appraisals across key asset classes, including inventory, machinery and equipment, commercial real estate, and intellectual property.

Participants will explore value premises, effective engagement letters, key questions to ask appraisal firms, and how appraisal findings inform advance rates, reserves, sublimites, covenants, and overall deal structure.
