Mentoring Program Fall 2026

September 15 to December 1, 2026

Online

The SFNet Reverse Mentoring Program inverts the traditional mentoring model by pairing 10 young professionals as mentors to 10 senior executives. The 11-week program, running September 15 through December 1, creates a unique exchange. Early-career participants bring firsthand insights into today’s job market, emerging technologies, and evolving workplace expectations, while gaining leadership exposure and confidence through direct engagement with senior decision-makers.

For senior executives, the program offers a valuable window into what drives and retains the next generation of talent, from communication styles and culture to innovation and digital adoption, helping leaders stay relevant, informed, and better equipped to build stronger teams.

Applications are open through August 28, 2026. Apply here

Participants must be employees of SFNet Member companies. Before you apply, confirm your company's membership in our Member Directory.
