Financial Statements Level 2 is an intermediate-to-advanced course designed for lenders, credit professionals, portfolio managers, and advisors seeking deeper insight into borrower financial performance and credit risk. The course emphasizes how income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements work together to tell a complete and reliable financial story from a lender’s perspective.

Participants explore earnings quality, EBITDA adjustments, cash conversion cycles, debt service coverage, and advanced ratio analysis, with a strong focus on identifying red flags and understanding sustainability of cash flow. The curriculum incorporates multiple industry-based case studies that simulate real underwriting, monitoring, and structuring decisions in asset-based lending and secured finance.

By the end of the course, attendees will be better prepared to evaluate complex financial statements, assess credit risk across industries, and apply financial analysis to lending decisions, covenant design, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
