Mentoring Program Spring 2026

March 13 to June 24, 2026

SFNet’s Mentoring Program connects rising professionals with experienced industry leaders through a structured, supportive mentoring experience focused on growth, connection, and career development. Participants engage in bi-weekly 75-minute group sessions (12:00–1:15 pm ET) alternating with 1:1 mentor–mentee meetings during off weeks.

Program Dates

• Speed Networking: March 20 from 12:00-1:15 pm ET. Because this is an integral part of the mentor/mentee pairing process, attendance at this event is mandatory for all participants. 
• Mentor Orientation: March 31
• Program Schedule:
  • March 27: Kickoff - 2 Truths and a Lie
  • April 10: Goal Setting
  • April 24: Impact Networking
  • May 8: PowerPoint Karaoke
  • May 20: Pathway to Success Panel
  • June 17: Time Management
  • June 24: Closing Event

• Accepted applicants receive confirmation and access to the private LinkedIn group.
• Mentors post a 200-word blurb outlining what inspired them to become a mentor.
• Mentees post a 200-word blurb on their career or personal goals and how they hope to benefit from the mentoring relationship.
• Mentees select three mentors to meet during the the mandatory Speed Networking event.
• One-on-one mentor-mentee matches made following the event and remain in place for the duration on the program.
