Description

If you are an underwriter, account executive, portfolio manager, analyst or are just starting in the commercial lending industry, Field Exam Level 1 as a foundational course helps participants to:

1. Better understand what is effectively analyzed at the general ledger level of a prospective borrower;
2. Better understand the collateral pledged;
3. Evaluate the pitfalls of lending on various types of AR and Inventory;
4. Interpret and assess common work papers within a field exam template; and,
5. Further develop overall field exam knowledge.

This event is eligible for SFNet's Continuing Education (CEU) credits in order to maintain a Secured Finance Certified Professional (SFCP) certificate.
