During this two-hour interactive, virtual session, Ann M. Butera, author of The Five Tiers of Audit Competency and Say What!? Communicate with Tact and Impact: What to Say to Get Results at Any Point in an Audit and President of The Whole Person Project, Inc. an organizational development consulting firm that specializes in internal audit and risk management, will explain ways you can communicate powerfully and meaningfully so that your messages get the attention they deserve. She will provide you with techniques you can use to influence your clients and deal effectively with critical conversations.
