Business Development Strategies, held in Los Angeles just prior to SFNet's 81st Annual Convention, will help you elevate your expertise to the highest standards. Instructors will focus on cultivating "best in class" business development disciplines, ensuring that you are equipped with the skills necessary to make impactful contributions to your organizations.

Through a series of comprehensive modules, you will learn to prioritize effectively, ensuring your efforts drive significant performance improvements. You will also enhance your collaborative strategies to advance opportunities within the pipeline, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

The curriculum emphasizes the importance of clear and persuasive internal communication when advocating for opportunities, while also providing tools for effective goal setting and strategic planning. After engaging in conversations about key components of a market plan, you will leave the program with a robust understanding of how to navigate and influence their opportunity landscapes, both externally and internally, successfully.

This event is eligible for SFNet's Continuing Education (CEU) credits in order to maintain a Secured Finance Certified Professional (SFCP) certificate.
