Join us on August 14th for the SFNet Midwest Chapter's Appraisal 101 Lunch & Learn. Jonathan Deptula (President, Hyper Valuation Services) will conduct the workshop. Jonathan is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm's appraisal practice and works closely with asset-based lenders, commercial lenders, private equity firms, and companies to help understand asset values.
In addition to covering the basics of an appraisal and why it is important to have one, the presentation will also:
- Discuss how to read an inventory appraisal and what the value definitions mean.
- Take a deeper dive into Inventory appraisals.
- Explore liquidation types and avenues of sales and explore differences between retail, ecommerce vs. wholesale industrial.
- Address risk and importance of monitoring collateral.
