Tailored for those with 3-15 years of secured finance experience who aspire to leadership roles, this intensive two-day program immerses participants in diverse analytical frameworks and practical strategies. Focused on honing leadership capabilities, it blends lectures, case studies and group exercises to illustrate effective leadership approaches. The experience will culminate in a debrief with senior industry executives sharing relevant insights on the subject matter.
