Description

Loan Documentation is a comprehensive study of the asset-based loan documentation process, from the initial proposal to loan documentation, and all points in between. This curriculum spends a significant amount of time discussing the due diligence process and dissects, in detail, the typical sections of a loan and security agreement. Participants will understand the importance and significance of all primary and ancillary documents and gain confidence in discussing their contents with a prospect.

This curriculum is suitable for anyone responsible for directly or indirectly managing risk.
