Luxembourg is 1/2 the size of Delaware with a population equivalent to Oklahoma City, so why has it become the focus of cross-border finance structures? We will dig into this question, examining Luxco structures from the outside looking in (US and pan-European POV) and the inside looking out (Luxembourg POV).

A Discussion on the Ever-Changing Post-COVID, Post-Brexit UK Landscape
First it was Brexit, then it was COVID, then it was sausages, now what? In the poultry industry, a dearth of factory workers, lorry drivers, and rules prohibiting the importation of poultry are creating a supply shortage and restaurants in the UK (e.g., KFC, Nando's) are shutting stores. Will this affect the Crachit’s Christmas dinner?? We will look carefully at the current circumstances in UK, particularly those relating to the consequences of Brexit.

Panelists: Chris Hawes
Richard Hawkins, CEO, AtlanticRMS
