Recommended for: Account executives, relationship managers, loan officers, portfolio managers and others in the asset-based lending industry with day-to-day responsibility for client accounts.
The Account Management Advanced Workshop is designed to assist the Account Manager in navigating complex issues pertaining to borrowers in asset based lending especially in a difficult economic climate. Topics such as analyzing key financial and collateral data and indices and using those as effective management tools will be discussed. The importance of interfacing and providing leadership with and to the Account Manager’s support structure will be discussed. In addition, exit planning strategies in difficult situations are discussed thus reducing loan losses will be emphasized.
Participants should have from two-to-five years of account management experience.
