How do you mitigate risk when clients request loan document provisions? We’ll talk about some of the provisions that are most requested by borrowers such as unrestricted subsidiaries, trap-doors, etc. We’ll also discuss basket stacking / reclassification / layering issues as well as lender group voting and grower baskets.
