Buddy PittBuddy Pitt
Director of Client Services - Network Support Co.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Buddy has worked in almost every aspect of the IT
industry. He has become an expert in cybersecurity – including malware, ransomware,
botnets, internet traffic, monitoring and reporting – and its ever-changing landscape.
Buddy leads security awareness seminars throughout the US especially in support of the
legal, hospitality, education and finance industries. His experience even includes copresenting
a cyber-security seminar with the Attorney General of the State of Connecticut.

Buddy has been with the Network Support Co. (NSC) since 1996, spending his first 10+
years as a Field Technician and the remainder in various managerial positions. As
networks became increasingly crucial to sustainable operations, Buddy transitioned to the
Managed Services team and was instrumental in creating many of the technology products
that NSC offers today. Drawing on his vast field experience, Buddy designed systems that
automate many of the activities he performed in the field to efficiently keep IT networks
safe and secure.

Buddy currently oversees NSC’s Client Services team that includes 40+ technicians,
engineers, programmers and account managers. Buddy and his team ensure all NSC clients
receive top-notch service by pro-actively and efficiently addressing their current and future
technology needs.
