Tyler Hendry Joins CohnReznick as Partner in Value Creation

Tampa, FL — October 5, 2026 — CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Tyler Hendry has joined the firm as a Partner in its Private Equity Value Creation practice. 

Based in Tampa, Hendry works with private equity sponsors and management teams to build strong finance functions, improve cash flow, and execute value creation plans from diligence through exit. He brings experience leading finance at portfolio companies, and helping businesses strengthen financial operations, improve working capital, integrate acquisitions, and navigate periods of growth and change.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Hendry was a Vice President in the Operating Group at a middle market private equity firm, where he served as the technical accounting and finance lead across the portfolio and regularly stepped in as interim CFO. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of a private equity-backed hospitality platform, overseeing two luxury wellness resorts in the U.S. and Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Valuation and Business Modeling practice at a Big 4 firm. 

Hendry holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and Certified Public Accountant.
