SG Credit Announces Hiring of Andrew Clark as Director, Underwriting

New York, NY (October 6, 2026) - SG Credit Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Clark as a Director of Underwriting in its Commercial Finance team.  Andrew is joining to strengthen SG’s underwriting capabilities as it continues to expand upmarket and into additional product capabilities to complement its traditional ABL offerings.  Clark was formerly at Great Rock Capital where he played a significant role underwriting middle market ABL transactions. Prior to Great Rock, he was at Varagon Capital Partners, Garrison Investment Group, and started his career at Wells Fargo, successfully going through its credit training program.
