ATLANTA – August 31, 2026 — Wingspire Capital is pleased to announce it has provided $45 million in first-out secured financing to a leading provider of metal surface finishing solutions for mission-critical components.
The facility, comprised of a first-out $10 million revolver and a $35 million term loan, was structured as part of a $135 million senior secured unitranche facility. Proceeds were used to refinance existing debt and provide the company with enhanced liquidity and financial flexibility to support its continued growth.
