Boxwood Partners Advises AmCoat on Financing to Accelerate Strategic Expansion

AmCoat Industrial, a Florida-based manufacturer and distributor of specialty ceramic and elastomeric coatings, has secured senior secured financing from ServisFirst Bank, with Boxwood Partners serving as the company's exclusive financial advisor.  The financing will provide capital to support several strategic growth initiatives, including AmCoat's merger with Rhino Shield of Florida, investments in dealer operations and infrastructure, and future dealer acquisitions. The company said the funding will strengthen its ability to invest in product innovation while expanding support for its dealer network and customers. 

Headquartered in Destin, Florida, AmCoat is known for its Rhino Shield ceramic coating and Floor Shield concrete floor coating systems, which are distributed through a nationwide network of independent dealers serving residential, commercial and industrial markets.
