BHI Provides $78 Million Loan to Elad Group for Acquisition of Coconut Grove Multifamily and Office Building

COCONUT GROVE, FL August 21, 2026 – BHI, the U.S Branch of Bank Hapoalim, B.M. and a full-service commercial bank, today announced that it has provided Elad Group, led by real estate investor and developer, Itshak Sharon Tshuva, with a $78,185,000 loan to finance the acquisition of adjacent income producing properties at 3250 Mary Street and 3265 Virginia Street in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
