KD Capital Auctions is pleased to announce that Tim Pfister has joined its growing team as Vice President of Auctions & Appraisals, bringing nearly two decades of experience in industrial appraisal, auctions, machinery remarketing, and asset disposition.

Throughout his career with several of the nation's leading industrial liquidation firms, Tim has managed the valuation and remarketing of machinery and equipment across virtually every industry and level of technology. His experience spans projects of every size, from individual machine sales and complete production lines to complex, multi-facility liquidations covering tens of millions of square feet.

Tim's extensive market knowledge and nationwide network of machinery buyers, sellers, manufacturers, lenders, trustees, and industry professionals allow him to approach every engagement with a clear understanding of both asset value and current buyer demand.

A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Tim brings a sales-driven perspective to KDA's appraisal and auction services, along with a proven record of successfully managing complex industrial projects from initial valuation through final disposition.
