Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Continues Boston Office Expansion with Additional M&A Partner

Boston – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader announced today that Kristin Gerber has joined as an M&A partner in our Boston office. She joins from Goodwin Procter.

Gerber represents domestic and international acquirers, investors, and companies in mergers and acquisitions, carve-out and spin-off transactions, minority and growth investments, and other corporate strategic transactions. She has deep experience providing strategic outside counsel to management teams and boards while leading significant transactions on her clients’ behalf through every stage of the corporate life cycle.

Gerber received her JD from Boston College Law School and her BSBA from Creighton University.
