AlixPartners Appoints Tamara Olsen as Global Head of Innovation

NEW YORK (July 1, 2026) — AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Tamara Olsen to the newly created position of Global Head of Innovation. In this role, Tamara will report directly to the Co-CEOs, David Garfield and Rob Hornby, and serve as a member of AlixPartners' Global Executive Leadership team.

As Global Head of Innovation, Tamara will be responsible for creating and scaling firm-wide capabilities across product development and management, third party partnerships, and knowledge management. Tamara will collaborate closely with the firm's Chief Technology, AI, Marketing, People, and Financial Officers to deliver a comprehensive innovation strategy that enhances the products and services delivered to clients, optimizes data usage and methodology, and ensures AlixPartners remains at the forefront of best-in-class consulting tools and capabilities.

Tamara has more than 20 years of experience at Bain & Company, growing high-performing teams, implementing large-scale operational improvements, and leveraging insights to drive organizational success. Her experience in creating the right processes, technology, and tools to serve both consultants and clients uniquely positions her to lead AlixPartners' Innovation function.
