Blank Rome Welcomes New Real Estate Associate Margaret E. Talt in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Margaret E. Talt has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Real Estate practice group, which recently welcomed associate Spencer G. Emanuel in June. Margaret joins Blank Rome from Barclay Damon LLP.

Margaret concentrates her practice on commercial real estate matters for clients ranging from individuals to nonprofit corporations and national corporations. She represents developers, owners, and property managers in connection with the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets, including office and retail space, hotels, apartment complexes, mixed-use properties, shopping centers, and self-storage facilities. She also represents institutional lenders and borrowers in all facets of real estate financing transactions.

Admitted to practice in New York, Margaret received her J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Purchase College. While in law school, Margaret served as an executive editor of the Syracuse Law Review.
